Professional Commitment

National Painting Service adheres to best practices, both in our customer service and our labor. We are Massachusetts Lead-Safe Certified, and we follow OSHA and EPA standards. You can feel safe and healthy in your own home knowing  that you hired a company that keeps a safe work site, protects its crew and the environment by properly removing and disposing of harmful elements. Communications and staff are friendly, informative and take special attention to listening to and understanding our customers.

Personal Commitment

One of our practices which distinguishes us from other companies is our property owner sensitivity. We recognize the confidence customers place in us when we are hired to work on your home.  Being a National Painting customer means you and your home will be treated value and respect. National Painting also requires our painters to refrain from smoking, inappropriate language or topics, and on your property. Our years of experience enable our site supervisors to resolve project issues efficiently and effectively.

Respecting Your Home

Don't have anxiety for your upcoming project like the way we do with an upcoming flu shot; necessary but painful and results you eventually enjoy after recovering from post-soreness. Hire National Painting and you can be sure that your property will be protected from our presence.

We know that when we stop working, you still need to live in your house. Our painters cover and protect your landscaping and leave an orderly and clean working space at the end of each day, as well as a thorough clean up at the end of each project. That being said, we advise customers not to plant weaker or new vegetation if you know you have an upcoming project, it may be hard for young plants and flowers to bare the weight of the coverings. Contact staff will also be in regular communication during the project to make sure everything is going the way it should and that you understand any deviations.

It is helpful for us to maintain this respect by notifying us of any particular areas of your home we should be careful around prior to starting the project. See our "Personal Commitment" on our "About Us" page for what you can know what to expect our professional conduct to be.

Estimates

You can always depend on a fair, accurate and informative estimate from National Painting. How do we do this? Well, house painting is custom work, the most accurate estimate is done in person when we can examine the condition of the space, as well as size, what your goal, vision, and needs are for or during the project, so we can determine best how the project will proceed and what it will entail if there are fixtures or other things to work around.

We do our very best to anticipate obstacles, however we urge our customers to be prepared for obstacles that could not have been determined prior to beginning the project; National Painting will always present you with solutions without making you go over budget (with exceptions of major unforeseen home issues).

Factors include:

•  Current color of paint area and desired color
•  Crack and holes
•  Condition of trim and ceiling
•  Presence of lead paint
•  Objects to paint around such as windows, closets, radiators and built-ins
•  Amount of wall space to be painted
